She then worked as Director of Product Marketing at Talisma Corporation. In 2006, she rejoined Titan as the Global Marketing Head, where she was responsible for all marketing operations in India and international markets. Currently, she is leading the company as its CEO.
Under her leadership, Titan has introduced several innovations, such as the use of advanced materials like carbon fiber and ceramic. In 2024, on the occasion of Titan’s 40th anniversary, the company launched a limited edition collection that included a flying tourbillon watch — the first tourbillon watch made in India.
During Suparna’s leadership, Titan achieved significant financial growth. In the April–June quarter of FY22, the watches and wearables division reported a remarkable 280% year-on-year growth, with revenue almost doubling to ₹729 crore.
Suparna has significantly contributed to brand development and played a key role in gaining global recognition for the company.
In 2022, Titan was recognized as the “Company of the Year” by the Business Standard Annual Awards.
Suparna also serves as an Independent Director at Swiggy, where she uses her marketing and brand management expertise to guide the company’s growth strategies.
