Dispatch & Delivery Information
1. Dispatch Schedule
Magazines are dispatched twice every month from our Delhi office according to the magazine’s issue frequency:
- Fortnightly Magazines: Between the 1st–6th and 15th–20th of each month
- Monthly Magazines: Between the 10th–15th of each month
2. Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 4–7 days, depending on your location in India
For out of India it make take 4-6 weeks
3. Dispatch Modes
We dispatch via Magazine Post, Registered Post and By Courier (with tracking numbers).
4. Postman Delivery
It is advisable that you inform your regular Postman that you will receive subscribed magazine for one year. If you are unavailable, please inform your post office to hold or redirect your subscription.
In case of missed delivery, request the postman for redelivery by providing your subscriber details.
5. For Complaints
If your magazine is not received within the estimated delivery time, Just write the name of Magazine and Issue not received on:

6. Multiple Subscriptions
If you have subscribed to more than one magazine, kindly mention the magazine name, issue number, and month when contacting us.

8. Change of Address / Temporary Hold
If you are leaving your residence temporarily, please inform your guard or local post office. Also, update us immediately regarding any change of address to avoid delivery delays.

डिस्पैच और डिलीवरी संबंधी जानकारी
1. डिस्पैच शेड्यूल
दिल्ली ऑफिस से मैगज़ीन हर महीने उनकी फ़्रीक्वेंसी के अनुसार दो बार भेजी जाती हैं:
- पाक्षिक (Fortnightly) मैगज़ीन: हर महीने की 1–6 तारीख और 15–20 तारीख के बीच
- मासिक (Monthly) मैगज़ीन: हर महीने की 10–15 तारीख के बीच
2. डिलीवरी समय
- भारत के अंदर डिलीवरी सामान्यतः 4–7 दिन लेती है (स्थान के अनुसार बदल सकती है)।
- भारत के बाहर डिलीवरी में 4–6 सप्ताह लग सकते हैं।
3. डिस्पैच के माध्यम
हम मैगज़ीन को निम्न माध्यमों से भेजते हैं:
- मैगज़ीन पोस्ट
- कूरियर (ट्रैकिंग नंबर के साथ)
4. पोस्टमैन डिलीवरी
- सलाह दी जाती है कि आप अपने नियमित पोस्टमैन को सूचित करें कि आपको एक वर्ष तक मैगज़ीन सब्सक्रिप्शन प्राप्त होगा।
- यदि आप घर पर उपलब्ध नहीं रहते, तो आप अपने पोस्ट ऑफिस को होल्ड या री-डायरेक्ट करने के लिए कह सकते हैं।
- अगर डिलीवरी छूट जाती है, तो अपने सब्सक्राइबर विवरण देकर पोस्टमैन से रेडिलीवरी का अनुरोध करें।
5. शिकायत हेतु
अगर आपकी मैगज़ीन निर्धारित समय के भीतर प्राप्त नहीं होती, तो बस मैगज़ीन का नाम और न मिलने वाली इश्यू का विवरण लिखकर हमें भेजें:

6. एक से अधिक सब्सक्रिप्शन
यदि आपने एक से अधिक मैगज़ीन सब्सक्राइब की हैं, तो संपर्क करते समय मैगज़ीन का नाम, इश्यू नंबर और महीना अवश्य बताएं।

8. एड्रेस बदलने / अस्थायी रोक
- यदि आप कुछ समय के लिए घर से बाहर जा रहे हैं, तो अपने गार्ड या लोकल पोस्ट ऑफिस को अवगत कराएं।
- एड्रेस बदलते ही हमें तुरंत सूचित करें, ताकि डिलीवरी में देरी न हो।
