The Bengaluru Edition brought together 150+ attendees, and all the award-winning women of this edition set an extraordinary example of excellence and inspiration in their respective fields. Whether in social change, science and technology, sports, business, entertainment, automotive, or digital content, they showcased unparalleled courage, dedication, and creativity. These women have made remarkable contributions to empowerment, awareness, and positive change in society, becoming true role models for generations to come.

For instance, Dr. Sunitha Krishnan (Social Impact Icon) is a fearless champion who has transformed countless lives in the fight against human trafficking and sexual exploitation; Parvathy Thiruvothu (Empowerment Through Entertainment – Onscreen) is a founding member of WCC, champions gender equality, women’s empowerment, and industry-wide women’s issues ; Nigar Shaji (STEM Icon) is the visionary ISRO scientist driving India’s pathbreaking Aditya L1 mission and shaping the future of robotic space exploration; Jamma Mallari (Folk Heritage Icon) is a custodian of folk art and cultural heritage, deeply passionate about preserving it; Urvashi (Entertainment Icon) continues to redefine women’s roles in entertainment; Kirthi Jayakumar (Social Impact Achiever) drives meaningful change in social justice and women’s empowerment; Neha Bagaria (Business Achiever), through HerKey, is redefining women’s career opportunities and inspiring professional growth ; C.A. Bhavani Devi (Sports Achiever) is a true symbol of discipline, dedication, and indomitable spirit in Indian fencing; Aishwarya Pissay (Automotive Achiever) a trailblazer in motorsports, motivates women to chase their passion and shatter limits; Dinaz Vervatwala (Digital Content Creator – Health & Fitness) raises awareness about health and fitness; Dhivyaa Vikram (Digital Content Creator – Body Positivity) promotes self-acceptance and body positivity; Dr. Kamini Rao (Editor’s Choice Award – Healthcare Leadership) exemplifies leadership and excellence in healthcare; Aparna Thyagarajan (Editor’s Choice Award – Threads of Change) merges fashion with social impact; and Yashoda Prakash Kottukathira (Empowerment Through Entertainment – Offscreen) amplifies women’s voices through her films and work.
The evening was made even more memorable by Ananyaa Gaur’s mesmerizing ghazal performance, adding a magical touch to the celebration.
In March 2025, Grihshobha unveiled the inaugural Delhi edition, honouring extraordinary women selected by an all-women jury.
Riding on the overwhelming success of the Delhi and Bengaluru editions, the awards now gear up for Mumbai in January 2026, followed by a celebrated return to Delhi.

About Jury and Award Process: Prestigious and Transparent
Ensuring a meticulous and unbiased selection process, the journey to identifying the winners has been both thorough and thoughtful. The editorial team of Grihshobha, driven by its legacy of storytelling and empowerment, meticulously curated a longlist of nearly 200 women across diverse fields who have exhibited exceptional contributions.
Internal Jury Shortlisting
From this extensive list, an internal jury, comprising women panelists, undertook the challenging task of shortlisting 3 to 4 exceptional nominees per category. This rigorous evaluation was based on impact, influence, and continued contributions to their field.
External Jury Evaluation
To ensure an objective and esteemed selection, this shortlist was then presented to an external jury—a distinguished panel of eight accomplished women from varied domains. Their expertise and insights helped determine the final winners who truly embody the spirit of inspiration. With their vision, they carefully evaluated numerous entries and selected those exceptional individuals for the Grihshobha Inspire Awards who truly reflect the spirit and credibility of this honour.
