Suparna is an electrical engineer from Jadavpur University and holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta. With deep business acumen, she began her career as a management trainee at Hindustan Unilever Limited. Later, she joined Titan, where she worked in various roles across international and domestic marketing.
Her next role was as Director of Product Marketing at Talisma Corp. In 2006, she rejoined Titan as the Global Marketing Head, overseeing all marketing activities for both Indian and international markets. Currently, she serves as the CEO of Titan’s Watches & Wearables Division.
Under her leadership, Titan has introduced several innovations, such as the use of advanced materials like carbon fiber and ceramic. In 2024, to celebrate its 40th anniversary, Titan launched a limited-edition collection featuring the Flying Tourbillon watch—India’s first indigenously manufactured tourbillon timepiece.
Financially, Titan has seen remarkable growth under Suparna’s leadership. The watches and wearables division recorded a 280% year-on-year growth in Q1 FY22, with revenue nearly doubling to ₹292 crores.
Her efforts have significantly boosted brand development and played a crucial role in establishing Titan’s global recognition. In 2022, Business Standard awarded Titan “Company of the Year.”
Suparna also serves as an independent director at Swiggy, where she leverages her marketing and brand management expertise to guide the company’s growth strategies.
